Contract Debate Dominates 2024 Youth Rodeo Discussion

Everything seems to be coming together for the 2024 International Youth Finals Rodeo. However, the elephant in the room, a discussion about the City of Shawnee’s approval of a new management agreement with Global Spectrum/Oak View Group, took up much of the meeting time.
