Brothers Grady and Scott Oliver stand ready for customers at the counter of Hardesty Market & Deli, which has been located at 613 N. Pottenger in Shawnee for two years now. The past year held health challenges and the destruction of their former historic location at the corner of Gordon Cooper Drive and Hardesty Road, but their business has been "twice as busy" as before the move, and they have continued to share their success with several non-profit organizations.
