A bugler from OBU and the VFW Post 1317 Honor Guard pose at the Brown Cemetery Veterans Memorial during a dedication ceremony on Nov. 11. The memorial includes a wall, 32-foot flag pole with the five military brances plaque, bench and “Freedom Isn’t Free” metal sign.
