Eight young women and men are this year’s recipients of the Gordon Richards, Sr. Achievement Award sponsored by the Clinic Pharmacy.
The McLoud Historical Society Museum and Heritage Center was established March 4, 2004, by a small local group of people who wanted to preserve the rich history of the McLoud area in northwest Pottawatomie County. The Society is holding an Open House on Saturday, March 23, from 11 am to 2 pm in celebration of its 20 year anniversary. Photo provided

Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners approved a designated truck route for the Brooksville Landfill. The route is from US Highway 177 to old Highway 18 to Brooksville Road to the landfill.
