The Tecumseh City Council held a special meeting on Feb. 5. During the meeting, City Manager Jimmy Stokes requested the council approve for him to bid on a 2012 Caterpillar Grader for the street department. The council approved the auction bid not to exceed $55,000.

Seminole, OK. - Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC) is proud to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 Operation Round Up Scholarship. This initiative is designed to financially support students pursuing higher education through college, university, or technical schools.

Hello Shawnee! Each week, the Shawnee Recreation Center located at 401 N. Bell, formerly called the Senior Center, offers classes and programs for individuals age 55+.
