Gary A. Fry, 76, of Shawnee, OK, died Jan. 19, 2022, in Shawnee. He was born June 6, 1945 to James Roy and Beulah Rosetta (Gosnell) Fry in Asher, OK. Gary was raised in Asher and graduated with the class of 1963 from Asher High School.

Karlena “Suzie” Hinesley

Karlena “Suzie” Hinesley, 50, of Shawnee, OK, died Jan. 15, 2022, at her home. She was born Jan. 31, 1971, to Joseph and Mary Karlena (Jones) Cruz in Oklahoma City, OK. Suzie was raised in Macomb and attended Macomb Public Schools. She lived most of her adult life in the Shawnee area.

Kimberly Jean McCollough

Kimberly Jean McCollough, 59, of Bethel Acres, died Jan. 16, 2022, in Tulsa, OK. She was born Oct. 12, 1962 in Syracuse, NY, to Patsy Jean (Teague) and Jimmie Knott. Kimberly lived in Bethel Acres early on with her family and later moved to the northwestern states where she lived for many years.

Ramona Jean (Bowker) Coats White, 75, of Shawnee, OK, died Jan. 18, 2022, at her home. Ramona was born Aug. 2, 1946, to Arnold and Edith Bowker of Laverne, OK. Ramona was a member of the Laverne Baptist Church.

Ruth Ellen (Wilson) Craig

Ruth Ellen (Wilson) Craig, 67, died at her home in Tecumseh, OK, Jan. 21, 2022, after a three-year battle with cancer. She was born on Sept. 16, 1954, in Shawnee, OK, to Walter Wesley Wilson and Mary Ellen (White) Wilson. Ruth grew up on the family farm 10 miles west of Hennessey, OK.

Waunima “June” (Smith) O’Donnell, 93, of Tecumseh, OK, died Jan. 19, 2022, at her home. She was born Dec. 8, 1928, in North Seminole County, OK, to Thomas “Tom” J. Smith, Sr. and Ruby Mae (Hale) Smith. June attended Excelsior Grade School, Butner High School and graduated from Wewoka High School.

Florence (Johnston) Burns, 92, of Tecumseh died Jan. 11, 2022, at her home. She was born April 10, 1929, to Arthur and Idaho (Smith) Johnston in Atoka, OK. Florence was raised in Earlsboro and Shawnee. She met her future husband, Leo Burns, at Garrett’s Lake in Shawnee. They were married on Nov.

Reba (Bailey) Wright

Reba (Bailey) Wright, 86, of Shawnee, OK, died January 11, 2022. Reba was born Feb. 12, 1935, in Macomb, OK, to Ira Bailey and Oleta (French) Bailey. She attended school at Prairie Valley in Seminole County where she graduated in 1953 as Salutatorian of her class. She married Robert-Wright, Jr.
