Katherine Ramsey-Moody, 82, of Shawnee, passed away Tuesday, Apr. 12, 2022, at her home. She was born November 16, 1939, in McAlester, OK, to Mr. and Mrs. Winford J. Ramsey. She married the love of her life on September 24, 1955, to Joe Franklin Moody in Collin, Texas.

Robert E. Gentry, 86, lifelong resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022. Robert was born June 4, 1935, to Herman and Sarah (Canada) Gentry. Robert attended Dale Schools and was active in FFA. Robert farmed for a living but enjoyed hunting and raising horses.

Betty Jean Mauldin, a resident of Shawnee, passed away on Friday, Apr. 15, 2022. She was 91 years old. Betty was born in Davenport, OK, on July 23, 1930, to Lester and Elizabeth Adams. She married Johnnie Mauldin on July 3, 1946.

Donna Sue Jones, 65, of Newalla, OK, passed away Tuesday, Apr. 12, 2022, at her home. She was born Mar. 7, 1957, to Billie Gene and Oleta Melton in OK City, OK. Donna was raised in the McLoud area and attended McLoud Public Schools. She graduated with the class of 1975 from McLoud High School.
