The Dale Pirates Basketball Team prepares to run up and claim the golden basketball trophy after winning the OSSAA Class 2A Basketball State Championship on March 8 at the State Fair Arena. The Pirates won against Cashion on March 6, 74-55; Fairland on March 7, 76-51; and, Pocola on March 8, 60-20, to take state for the fourth year straight. They end the season with a record of 30-2.
