Asher Baseball Boosters host 1st Annual Hall of Fame Banquet

Asher’s Baseball Booster Club is looking forward to supporting the Asher High School Baseball Team this year.They have their 501c3 and plans for fundraisers, an alumni weekend, and improvements to the stadium facilities, said Head Baseball Coach David Rolette.

SHS Girls Swim Team Takes 4th Straight State Title

It’s almost a given now that the Shawnee High School Girls Swim Team will bring home the state championship. After all, they’ve accomplished this for the past three years.And, without fail, this year is no different. The girls competed in the OSSAA Class 5A Girls Swimming State Championship on Feb.

McLoud Girls Wrestling brings home the gold

The Class 5A Girls Wrestling State Championship was full of firsts for the McLoud Girls’ Wrestling Team.This is McLoud’s fourth year to have a girls’ wrestling team.“We’ve had a few girls that wrestled before that, but never a team of girls,” said Head Wrestling Coach William Winters in an email.

Hayes Wins State, Makes THS History

Tecumseh has another State Champion. Vivian Hayes made history for the Lady Savages, grappling her way through the 5A State Wrestling Tournament last week in OKC.Hayes became the first Tecumseh Girls State Wrestling Champion and is the first State Champion for Savage Wrestling since 1981.
