Lady Savages Win Three Tight Games Last Week

The Lady Savages had three tight games last week but managed to win all three and have won five of their last six as they get ready for the season’s stretch run and the playoffs.

Three Wins For Tecumseh

Last week was a good one for the Tecumseh Savage round ballers with three straight wins. The Savages seem to be ramping up for a stretch run with four wins in a row, as well as winning five of their last six after a long run of losses.

Lady Indians Defeat Stratford & Macomb To Finish Season

Asher Lady Indians netted two more wins last week as they defeated Stratford and nearby rival Macomb. Friday, Feb. 2, the Lady Indians tipped off against the Stratford Lady Bulldogs and finished the first quarter with a twopoint lead, 11-9.

Asher Finishes One And One Last Week, Playoffs Begin

The Asher Indians were one and one last week, with a fight to the finish loss to Stratford and a big win over Macomb. Friday, Feb. 2, Stratford took a small two point lead by the end of the first quarter. At halftime Asher pulled ahead by one point, 22-21.

Lady Wildcats Suffer Hard Losses

The Bethel Lady Wildcats had three close games and three losses last week. Tuesday, the Lady Wildcats had a slow start, with only three points scored in the first quarter, while the Jones Lady Longhorns put 13 points on the board. By halftime Jones led 24 to 11.
Tuesday, Jan. 30 was North Rock Creek’s pink out night against Mount St. Mary. Sarah Campbell goes between two defenders for the shot. Girls won 66-41.

Tecumseh Beats Seminole

The Lady Savage round ballers went on the road last week at Seminole and picked up a win before coming home for games on Friday and Saturday. Tecumseh put the gas pedal down early against the Lady Chieftains on the way to an impressive 29-12 halftime lead.
