The Tecumseh school board voted to continue the employment of Robert Kinsey as the Superintendent of Schools for the 2023-2024 school year at their regular meeting on Tuesday night.

OK Freewheel Is Coming To Tecumseh

The City of Tecumseh and the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce will host the OK Freewheel 2023 event, held in the Slick Humphrey Park on Tuesday, June 13, and Wednesday, June 14. The event is projected to host over 350 bikers in Tecumseh.

Rawls Retires After 43 Years

On May 21, 1979, Kim Rawls began her job at American National Bank, in Shawnee, as a personal loan clerk temp. Through the years, her title changed to commercial loan secretary, consumer lender, and finally, to mortgage loan officer. And, in 1998, the bank changed to Arvest.
