Oct. 14 is the last day to apply for voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in the Nov. 8 General Election, Pottawatomie County Election Board Secretary Patricia Carter said. Persons who are U.S. Citizens, residents of Oklahoma, and at least 17 ½ years can apply for voter registration.
