The $2,804.12 was raised from a scavenger hunt during the Oklahoma Gravel Growler in which bicyclists could pay $10 to participate on Feb. 4. Residents of Shawnee have an opportunity to provide input to the City of Shawnee’s Strategic Plan by completing a Community Survey that will be mailed to randomly selected households, starting this week. “This is the important first step in the strategic planning process.

City Board Approves Budget Increase For Expo Center

Two things involving the Shawnee Civic and Cultural Development Authority occurred Tuesday evening during the Shawnee City Commission meeting. First, the board approved the appointment of Mark Sehorn to the mediation team for the City. Sehorn will fill the seat left vacant by Ben Salter.
