Bethel, Shawnee, and Tecumseh all had Veteran’s Day programs on Friday, Nov. 11, and each of them was unique. Bethel Public Schools held their event in the Old Gym at Bethel High School.

Grant to Pay $1.58 Million for Four Electric Buses

The Shawnee Public School Bus Fleet will eventually be welcoming four electric school buses. Estimated time of arrival is a year, and it is all made possible by a $1.58 million federal “Clean Air Grant.

The color guard and marching band members in "The Pride of the Pack" performed "Astral Odyssey" during half time of the Shawnee home game on Nov. 3. The Shawnee band recently placed 12th in the Owasso State Marching Contest, according to the Shawnee Bands Facebook page.
