Shawnee 2019 graduate and former wrestler Edward Chotkey jumps over a spinning bar of the Oklahoma National Guard obstacle course during the Shawnee Wrestling Carnival on Oct. 13 at Shawnee High School. The event has been put on by the wrestling department for four years, and Coach Andrew McCune said they just do it for the kids in the community. This year, they joined forces with First United Bank to add their annual "tailgate party" and grilled hamburgers.

Treece picks up the wraps from Koons each week, and her mother, Richelle, sews them. The Treeces made their first donation of eight adult sleeping mats, six pet mats, three child mats, 29 bags, one pillow, and two tarps to the St. Benedict's Catholic Church Community Breakfast on Oct. 22.
