SSC Extends Office Hours

With the fall semester beginning Aug. 15, Seminole State College will host its Enrollment Extravaganza event and extend enrollment hours to cater to prospective student schedules from Aug. 8 to Aug. 13. The event will feature games, popcorn, hot dogs, cotton candy and campus tours.

CPN FireFlight Balloon Festival Returns August 12-13

Vibrant hot air balloons will take to the skies once more as the Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) hosts its fifth annual FireLake Fireflight Balloon Festival on Friday, Aug. 12, and Saturday, Aug. 13.

County Approves Budget For ARPA Money

Many who applied for ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) monies from Pottawatomie County will be pleased to know an estimated budget has been approved. During a special meeting held Monday afternoon, Aug.
