Frank Phillips batters and fries catfish outside the Brooksville Community Center, as his brother Leonard Phillips watches, during a fish fry fund-raiser on Aug. 23. Phillips caught about 150 pounds of catfish for the fund-raiser, which benefitted a new restroom at the Brooksville Cemetery. So far, the framework has been built for the restroom, and Brooksville Mayor Charles Carthen said, in addition to mens' and womens' restrooms, it will have a sitting area.
