Bethel resident Emma J. (Bivings) White, 84, died Dec. 10, 2021. White was born Dec. 4 1937 in Idabel, OK, to Cleveland J. Bivings and Gladys (Frazier) Bivings. She grew up on her daddy’s small farm in Idabel picking cotton with all her siblings until she married Thomas L. White on March 19, 1954.

Roy “Toonz” Dean Hinds

Roy “Toonz” Dean Hinds, 41, of Lawton, OK, died Dec. 9, 2021, at his home. He was born July 21, 1980 to James Irving Hinds, Jr. and Darletta Ann (McGlocklin) Hinds at Fort Bliss, TX. Roy was raised on Army bases until 1995. After this, the family moved to Maud.

Mary Perry

Mary Perry, 59, of Shawnee, OK, died Dec. 13, 2021, at her home. She was born July 2, 1962, to Omer and Hazel (Fulks) Yandell in Healdsburg, CA. Mary lived in California until the third grade when the family moved to Summerfield, OK.

Nancy Carolene Morton

Nancy “Nanny” Carolene Morton, died at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Dec. 10, 2021, in Macomb, OK. Nancy was born March 9, 1954, to Leoma and Isaac McBroom in Topeka, KS. She wed Dale R. Morton on June 7, 1974, and they resided in Shawnee so they could begin to make a family.

Lilburn Cosper

Lilburn Cosper, 85, of Tecumseh, OK, died Dec. 13, 2021, in Shawnee. He was born Aug. 11, 1936, to James and Mary (Dunn) Cosper in Colony, Oklahoma. Lilburn was raised in Colony, OK, and graduated from high school in Corn, OK, with the class of 1954. He married his high school sweetheart, Darla J.

Terry Hubbard, 64, of Shawnee, died Dec. 16, 2021, in an Oklahoma City Hospital. Terry was born Feb. 27, 1957, in Shawnee to Clifford and Louise (Padgett) Hubbard. He graduated from Shawnee High School and was an Oilfield truck driver. He married Donna Martin on March 17, 1979 and was a U.S.

Gary Keith McCabe

Gary Keith McCabe, 65, of Shawnee, OK, died Dec. 6, 2021, in Shawnee. He was born Nov. 25, 1956, to Ralph and Ollie (Isaacs) McCabe in Shawnee, OK. Gary was raised in Bethel Acres and graduated from Bethel High School in 1975.
